John Bjelland, Chairman & CEO
John’s experience spans both the entrepreneurial and Fortune 500 spheres. He has held senior executive positions with several software technology start-ups, including Infobionics and CrossWorks. Previously, as VP of Information Technology for Cargill Corporation, he was responsible for all IT strategy, implementation, and systems in 60 countries. John has also held senior executive IT positions at Grand Met, Pillsbury and Cenex, and senior consulting positions at Arthur Andersen and Coopers & Lybrand. John earned  Ph.D. and MS degrees in Economics from the University of Utah, and a BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.

Carl Bonta, President & COO
Carl has broad experience including sales and marketing, strategic planning, management consulting, product management and engineering design. Carl has held positions as an Executive Vice President at Aon Corp. where he managed internet based commerce. He was a Director at Data General responsible for their global business intelligence unit. Other experience includes director of product and business development for Pilot Software. At Vality Technology, he was Vice President of product planning and software development. Carl was a co-founder of Cascade Consulting, a management consulting firm. His other experience includes GenRad Corp as a design engineer. Carl holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at M.I.T.

David M. Haggerty, Vice President of Development
David has over 25 years experience in the development of advanced computer software products. He has held executive positions in several technology companies, including two start-ups, Apertus and TestQuest, as well as large computer technology firms including Oracle and Unisys. David has a strong background in project management, organizational development, advanced software development practices, patent development, and outsource/offshore software development. His diverse technical background includes data cleansing and integration technology for data warehousing and operational system migration, automated test systems for mobile/wireless and embedded devices, automated air-traffic control system for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and digital flight control/management system for the National Aerospace Plane Program (NASP) for National Aviation and Space Administration (NASA). David holds Bachelors of Science degrees in mathematics and in physics from Bemidji State University.

William Brady, Chief Financial Officer
Bill has 25+ years experience in finance, accounting, management consulting and operations. He has held executive positions in technology companies and in his own businesses. Bill has started two consulting firms, with multiple offices, and has consulted with numerous companies, from start-ups to Fortune 500 clients. Previously, Bill was a consulting manager for local and international consulting firms, including Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC Consulting, IBM) and Arthur Andersen & Co. (now Accenture). He was Corporate Controller and financial officer of ADC Telecommunications, Inc., which sold fiber optic and other high technology products and services to the federal government, and prior to that, staff auditor at National Car Rental. Bill is a CPA (inactive) and is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM). He holds a Bachelors degree in accounting from Winona State University, and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Jaideep Srivastava, Chief Scientist
Dr. Srivastava is Professor of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Minnesota, and Senior Technology Advisor in the Office of Enterprise Technology for the State of Minnesota. For two decades, he has led a laboratory that has conducted research in databases, multimedia systems, and data mining. He has supervised 23 Ph.D. dissertations and 44 Masters theses, and has authored/co-authored over 180 papers in journals and conferences. Dr. Srivastava’s industry experience includes heading data mining at Amazon.com, and data warehousing, mining, and reporting at Yodlee. He has provided technology and technology strategy advice to a number of large corporations, including Cargill, United Technologies, IBM, Honeywell, 3M, and Persistent Systems, and has served in an advisory capacity to a number of small companies, including Lancet Software. Dr. Srivastava has chaired many research conferences and is on the editorial board of a number of journals. He has been elected a Fellow of the IEEE, and has been appointed a Distinguished Visitor by the IEEE Computer Society.
